A simple tool to let you use webpack extremely simply using rc file.

Why?

In our daily work, we may create one after another peoject using webpack.And in the most time, it's annoying to config a new webpack project.

The good part is that for popular web framworks, there are many boilerplate project, such as vue-cli for vue, create-react-app for react, Angular CLI for angular.But if you have some requirement not provided with this boilerplate ,you still hava to inspect into webpack config.

The bad part is that customization is not always easy. Difficult things still exist. So this tool try to provide a simple way to use webpack with only one rc file.
